GREG STRANGMAN

Founder & Managing Principal  

Greg is a conceptual thinker and ideator, who has spent the past 30+ years developing real estate and hospitality brands. His experience yields a refined vision for L.W.P. Group that sets exciting standards and delivers strong business results. Currently, he oversees all corporate planning, acquisitions and finance for the company’s portfolio of investments. Greg also acts as L.W.P’s chief creative officer, assuming leadership on branding and marketing initiatives.  He frequently collaborates with leading talents in art, design, architecture and related industries, to translate business goals into unique brand, product and service experiences. 

Christina Strangman

Accounting & Human Resources

Christina oversees most accounting functions for L.W.P. Group, specifically, AR/AP processes and long-term profitability goals and objectives. She also manages financial service vendors and manages human resources. The latter is guided by her passion for the L.W.P.’s mission and vision and Live, Work, Play ethos. Ever the “team mom,” she is also an excellent communicator and a versatile presence, who has performed other roles in L.W.P. business areas, including residential/commercial leasing, property management, and charitable giving

Bucky MonTERO

Leasing Coordinator

Bucky knows her way around the Community brand portfolio. She’s perpetually positive and excels at matching prospective members to their perfect home or office. Like the rest of the team, she is passionate about the business, efficiently cranks out leases, and gets excited to see members happily settle into their new spaces and places. If that’s not enough: She also organizes events, enjoys volunteering, loves graphic design, has barista-level coffee skills, and is a DJ and all-around music junkie.

Marcella Boren

Member Manager 

Marcella manages day-to-day operations of Community@ brand locations. Specifically, she maintains communication with and oversight of building managers, as well as vendors. She has more than 15 years’ experience with L.W.P Group and previously held responsibilities for leasing, property management, and maintenance. Perhaps, inspired by the unique design aesthetic of L.W.P. properties, Marcella is also an artisan who makes lamps from found and peculiar objects. 

 Zack Strangman

Special Projects

Zack is immersed in various L.W.P. Group functions – most notably, property management of the One Bunk in Barrio Logan & Coronado brand. His is an eclectic, jack-of-all-trades position. He assists on special projects pertaining to both established and emerging growth areas of the company. Zack, a San Diego native, is a 2022 graduate of Chico State University and proud fan of Padres baseball.
